They pramote people who is unethical. This work place allows you to drink (Alcohol) and work which I absolutely non tolerable. They can fire you anytime without compensating you. They don’t have employees friendly environment. Don’t care about employees. They are biased

Eastvantage Philippines management was excellent, for the past 8 to 10 months since Eastvantage India started, the management has become worst, and there is no guarantee for your job. treats us like school kids. worst policies and worst medical insurance policy. But the client Solutions30 is excellent with work-life balance
