The company allows you to work free by your own innovation you can complete the task there is all ways merit for your valuable thoughts, good leading management and mentor, good working environment under standing the personal relationship and situations helping each other & motivating overall it has been a good experience for me

Mid level management people like me is difficult for further growth because there is much more difficulty in competing with superior because of there vast experience and knowledge, some time work pressure is more you have to complete the tasks within the stipulated time which will be pain full sometimes
