There is promotion and rewards, No skill development or learning. If want a same type of job for years and years without any challnege and promotion or appraisal then eastern is the place.

Likes

Good company with salary and appraisal in time,1000 cr company with quality food products in more than 5 states and also export business of spices yo abroad. Working atmosphere in eastern was excellent.

There's promotion and rewards,no skill development or learning.

I like it company culture and management ,company policies at eastern Condiment s (p) ltd .

Dislikes

compensation is decent,but growth is low . I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes lat in to the night. but managers do not value an individuals ,unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time .

... my entry TN overall sales was 35 lakhs After my entry I scaled it to 80 lakhs Salary and conveyance will not come on time as promised, lot of politics - importance was only given to KERALA as it a KERALA product.

Salary not in time, more sales target, no advertising, no schemes when comparing with competitors.

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of the company .Eastern condiments pvt ltd is a no1 spice company in India ,basically in south location . Provide Training to the new employees & promote to the experience employees . Company provide timely salary & bonus to the employees .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high compere to three years back. Sometime i have to work more than 8 hours straight in a day . i do received appreciation from my client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid -year appraisals.
