Dislikes

Nothing is good. -Upper management is deep n dumb. - old ppl are very uncomfortable from new comers and very unprofessional. - Female can survive in new comers but male candidate has to face a lot. - unprofessional upper n lower management. - unprofessional employee exit. - A lot of issue in FnF during exit. - Upper management teaches unprofessional things a lot. - unfair competition with competitor.

Very good organization have good policies for female and male associates too, security played an excellent role and hats off to your duties. Work culture is so good and happy to work with this organization for longer period of time. Organization is open to innovation and make associates to adopt latest technology. I really love the fact that i part of this organization . Colleagues are great and got very friendly environment to work on the project and deliver the tasks with team work culture which is very much appreciated.

Dislikes

Nothing such that. Very good organization , no work pressure so anyone can adopt to this culture. Management where i entered i feel link not fair enough to recognize and support career growth which is completely depends upon the project. So management also good right here , not link all the management in cognizant will be such that
