No respect for the humans.... Hopeless institutions, I never recommend any student to pursue their studies nor professor to join... It's waste to spend our time... Inefficient management.... I would like to give zero rating for this East point college of higher education....

Here the best part is only one is that you can get 2 days week off.

You will NEVER get any increment even if you work here 10 years. No human values, no work ethics, worst management I have ever experienced. No communication between staff and management. Salaries never ever will be paid on a certain time. Attrition rate is too high. Toilets do not have wash basins, you should wash hands in toilets only or in the farms outside the window. No growth in this institution.

Don't pay on time , no PF for any working doctor , less pay , not organised , they make us run around for salary , no payment for extra classes taken for other colleges of the same group of institutions

The management is helpful . As long as you do your work and fulfill institution requirements ,you are not bothered for any unnecessary issues . Strict actions are always taken regarding any complaints. A good and friendly environment to work.
