...rs for 8:30 to 6:30 of 10 hrs without any facilities HR don't tell you all this.They don't follow any labour laws & dont provide any EL/CL for a year ,no provision of sick leave or short leave,if anyone takes any leave it will deduct salary.They call employees office on sundays on behalf of gugested holiday,if person dont come ,they deduct salary. Owner of this company is 80 yr old man who is very errogent & cheap ,he abuses every employee in front of everyone. Useless HR department & zero HR policy for employees welfare, if anyone join as fresher they put that person on some thired party contract NAPS where fresher don't get employee provided funds & bonus for a year & all this they do without informing them. No job security any time they can fire you without salary. Toxic work culture , unorganised working don't follow any SOPs to much work load on employees ,no proper place to sit , broken chair & tablets in entire office its look like some old government office. Dirty & stinky canteen to sit while rain water get inside it ,water starts dripping form ruff ,no fans AC doesn't work no other place to eat food you have sit there only. Some manager are so illiterate they don't know how read/write mails. You will feel like jail inside the company bez you are not allowed to go out ,HRs don't provide you any proper answer,no offer letter,no joining letter,no salary slip while joining.Production manager uses abusive language for workers.Offers very low salary.You dont get computer to work ,chair to sit you have to manage all this by yourself by asking again again.Stinky & dirty washroom public toilets are more cleaner then those. Salary get credit of 11 th or 12 th of every month even more last something.
