You are supposed to work for 8 hours only provided there is an extra work load and the other teams needs help which is very rare as the staff planning is done in such a way that, there is no such situations and also, all employees are happy and the salary they offer is also good.

No work life culture. Not good place for girls. senior hire girls just to have fun with them. very bad work culture. you will always be in stress. first 1 year will go well.. but then if you take ownership of something you will always be in stress..

This is one of the organization in term of salary job security everything in this company is fine i learned so many thing from this company even in lock-down they provided full to there employs\ and did not fire any of the employ

The company offers average salary package and good incentives monthly and Quarterly. They are well know in Indian market and are also one on the leading OTA in the industry. I m working there from a long time and they has provided me a alot of knowledge.
