The only thing that can make you survive here is just some level of leniency One thing i could say is that it teaches you to be more than just an employee, you can learn and just carry onnyouur own venture. Everything is done openly and one can explore.

Working in the way, is terrible. No timely salary. No proper corporate culture. No professionally sustain person. Its the work gets done, no planning no proper hierarchy. Chaotic working environment. All are scavenger and just know how to take credit. No facility is provided. HR department even refused to give the salary criteria on mail other than the payslips. We have to ask for an appointment letter to be provided after joining.

• No salary on time • Broken HR team like in last 1 year its the 3rd time that HR team is New. • Some people are good here. But majority of the people are just involved in politics like hell. Its feel like they don’t have their any personal life so they use always be in office politics. • No appraisal • No promotion • They don’t want employees they want labour • Vice president level individual are leaving in just 1-2 months just because of culture • You cannot plan long term here

Nothing! Listed company with below average mindset of promoters. Operators like Lala company like paying salary whenever it feels like. Hire and fire people on their own and use their influence and give negative feedback to industry of a candidate so that no one can hire them, and practices remained not noticeable to travel trade.

Zero job security as you could asked to leave any moment as per liking of management, irrespective whether vertical is doing great. Have a strange work culture to hire experienced under paid staff and then fire them over a period of time without any reasons . Managment get maximum out of new joined than fire around 01 yrs time and re-hiring process starts again. Hence they are aways opening is this company. Staff get lure considering it is a growing company and open themself of the repeat process.
