They recruit without providing any proper job offer or appointment letter. Yet didn't give me my salary pay slip and other relieving certificates. They didn't provide any desktop for designing and asked us to bring our personal laptop for work . They extract work and dont pay the right salary . Less often I am asked to travel for exhibition in other states and not organized for stay and plans which sometimes arise a question on safety. The work pressure is high. Have asked us to work beyond time until midnight even during photoshoot and didn't think about us . The salary paid was less and doesn't help me in anyway . I have received applauds for my work . I and other colleagues took forward and asked for salary appraisal they promised to give it soon in 3monthd but when it comes to the time of appraisal they started to degrade and point out like lack knowledge, getting fashion degree is not a big thing, have no common sense infront of staffs without having in mind about the designation. They played strategies by setting targets and also gave me promotion saying I need to complete my targets and will pay depending on the number of designs selected. BeingTaking leave even on bad health is a big NO and they pointed as cool attitude, bad behavior etc . That I had to resign the job because I didn't like the way they were treating the employee and playing strategies if they decide to remove someone from job. After submission of my resignation letter due to health problems I received the letter of termination which made no sense to me. I requested for pay slip , offer letter , experience letter, relieving letter. They refused saying it's not mandatory and also on asking further explanation for not providing me the required documents from them, they threatened me saying will take legal action on me that I have harassed my colleagues and asked to take a appointment to meet them by writing a mail. There will be no growth , environment is not good , lack of facilities.
