Compensation is good . But the incentives are been removed which is a bad thing as it plays a major role in our in hand amount.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology as per market. I am loving that i am a part of this team that has a global client base. So i work with them closely. They value and respect Employee as a individuals, and they respect for the suggestion. Have a great scope for a fast growth as it is a growing company. As i see good appreciation from the client. Learning New software's, work style.

I am really glad that I am working in such an awesome company. Initially there we no policies or procedures there were on live, but later on, there is a lot of progress in the Organization's policies, SOPs. This is a great place for those people who does hard work and have respect for their work. Management is very good and for me personally, I am getting an opportunity to learn a lot of things.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such of disliking something. I feel everything is good here like Management, My Manager, My superiors, My Team, work culture, Training, Motivation..etc. Maybe international opportunities should be given to the deserved employees. Most of the employees will look forward to international experience.

The company is open for learning new things, we have clients from US we learn many new innovative things from them there is some disturbance with communicating with them and solving the questions in a delay, we keep on trying to fix that except this nothing with the company profile, and my self i probably believe that this is the base for all the civil Engineer's to build their carrier. Thanks!

i probably worked in all the divisions so all the teammate's are having different skills in there own way to develop the company, if we are good info to develop the company then company will automatically develop our own lifestyle there are many things from Earth Elements that develops the career growth Thanks!
