Situated in Infopark Kochi with the name Opshore Talent Solutions.Infopark is good but not Ealoor or Opshore

A very bad agency to work with.They dont retain employees .Many come and many go easily within a few months.Severe work pressure and they get their done by employees by telling they will give increment in 3 months then in 6 months and same way.Freshers jump into this hearing this.Owners ,the UK people even dont know how to speak English.They manage everything through a big lady who is the HR,Branch Manager a one man show .Doesnt show any affection for employees..and they keep some employees for spy work too

Waste of our time and career.Office is full of politics..only those who pampers will survive..will pressurize you to your fullest on all days.Have to work after your working hours also..freshers cope to work so that they can get experience letter.HR , branch manager are the same.Company is known as Opshore Talent Solutions in Infopark.Horrible management.Everyday and everymonth they say do more work and we will give you promotions and we work throughout believing the same and at the end they will say ur performance is not good and will terminate us
