Salary has always been the issue faced in this organization. Majority of the employees resign due to the Salary. If they do not address the issue and treat the same in a silly manner . They are going to loose many fresh employees as they will resign after gaining experience. High time for the management to think about it

It's good place for beginning and continue for longer periods provided you get good opportunities. Yes opportunities are there you have to incase opportunity else other will grab it and your job will be monotonous. Here attrition rate is high. Organization is developing.
