Worst work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and have bad management. Companies have not any policy. They have good salary hike and bonus every year.

everything, no employee care, no leaves, no growth option, always bad mouthing by promoters, promoters only trust their family members employed there. no medical/PF/gratuity benefits/ only basic salary given nothing else. promoters family members create huge politics

When I appointed as a graduate engineer, I don't know about how to do work l, and I was so nervous how can I do these job, because of friendly staff and our management staff I did hardwork and achieve which I want. Eagle Infra company is such a wonderful company.

It was good experience to work in Eagle Infra India Ltd. It's basically road Infrastructure development organization since beginning and moving towards expansion in other areas like bridges, buildings. Things are getting changed towards betterment as far as company policies, work culture is concerned. My Overall experience was good. My well wishes are always there with Eagle Infra India Ltd.
