The company does not have any policy of its own. Only some people make the policy themselves and apply it to all. No matter how much good work you do.whether the work is good or not that decided by some specific people and maked a report that we have done the work.

No management and HR policy, every day change policy. Every body do everything . Not required your qualifications & certification. You just need Flattery. Every year public holiday customized and minimize. flattery person preferred and priorities.
