...y this is the fact that all Security staffs working in the fileld are not happy. Leave problem, salary problem, getting uniform is also a problem. Office staffs are not treating them politly. Office staffs are not realising that they are meant for them. For me since one year I am not being treated as they treated me six years back. Since one year I am feeling inconvenient. Yearly increment is also not satifactory. Overall I am not happy to work in this Management. I need some honest environment to work.

As I told above I need some honest environment to work. You can understand a lot from this line. Since I am from Army background, I want to work in a honest environment. I am having faith in honest and Hard work only. So I am searching this.
