...of new technology is close to nil. There are no extra soft skill training given. The salary is low compared to the market standards. The management is not bothered about their employee’s growth.

>Low salary increments, even when the company performed more than 234% you will still get a 5% hike, earlier it was 20%. >The company will make you a key person with loads of work but with less compensation. >Less Analytics works more on data visibility tasks. > 1 person at least needs to do 3 people task, but 1/3 of their salary

Alot of opportunities for those who wants to learn and grow in their professional life. Manager and TL are very supportive.

Dislikes

For me there was nothing to dislike except they should increase revised their salary structure for fresher.

... unhealthy "Buttering up of Managers" - No appreciation for any work one does. - Working on holidays with extra pay but "Days in lieu" (This actually never helps!) Oh yes, and such was the ineffective management that ultimately our team was transitioned to some other team! P.S : Choose wisely Culture matters a lot
