...ing my service period at the company the air conditioning system wasn't working. Work starts at a fixed time and everybody are expected to be on time , if late half day salary is deducted from day 2 but the time of exit doesn't matter to the company and at times you will have to explain why you have to leave on time .
... conditions. you can witness a perfect example of how not to run a company.
Alarming practices, e2e fails to provide essential documents as salary slips, relieving letters, experience letters, or, joining letters. There's no health insurance, salary payments are not on time, no clear policies for leave or career development, and any dreams of recognition or appreciation are quickly shattered. This deliberate lack of transparency is not only unprofessional but also raises serious ethical questions about the company's integrity.
And it doesn't end there — company is met with vindictive behaviour. e2e supply chain has a disturbing practice of providing highly negative comments about departing employees during background verifications, making it incredibly challenging for them to secure new employment.
I've witnessed instances where the chairman goes to great lengths to find out where former employees are joining and actively works to ensure they lose those positions. The chairman has been known to curse employees, creating a toxic work environment. If you ever consider leaving, be prepared for the chairman to make every effort to block your professional advancement. This deliberate attempt to tarnish departing employees' professional reputations makes it exceedingly difficult for them to secure new opportunities.
e2e practices such withholding of salary and lacks a clear and efficient full and final settlement process for employees deciding to leave the company. salary disbursement becoming uncertain and, in some cases, withheld for months. requires persistent follow-ups and repeated requests, creating unnecessary stress for departing employees.
The HR department, controlled from Singapore, operates in a manner that hinders effective communication. The sole means of reaching HR is through email, a practice that leaves employees feeling isolated and without a direct point of contact for urgent matters. The absence of a specific individual's signature on HR letters adds to the perception of a detached and unaccountable HR department (Signed as ‘HR department’ in documents if received)
The company's preference for hiring mostly freshers (in H.O) is not about nurturing talent; it's a strategy to exploit the inexperienced, leading to a lack of industry-standard documentation and practices. where employees are taken advantage of and left without a voice.
The work culture is a pressure cooker, with an expectation of being on What’s app call 24/7. The chairman's rude behaviour is the icing on the cake, and any promises made are nothing more than empty words.
In summary, e2e is not a company – it's a cautionary tale. If you're considering a career here, be prepared for a living hell. This is not a place for professional growth. my time at e2e marked by pain, frustration, and a disturbing lack of ethical conduct. Save yourself the pain and look for a workplace that values its employees."
Good company for career growth and knowledge gaining and company staff are best in encouraging the juniors and new comers. Freshers get chance to learn more.
