...They offered 5% raise in salary irrespective of performance. No Clarity to work. Very bad ecosystem when it comes to salary benefits. worst hikes ever in my career. Last year they promised for good hike in this year and they offered 5% raise and they even offered the same number to my colleges even performed well. HR told to take whatever the company give and asked to not expect more and requested not to ask for raise & she doesn't even hear the pain.

...es are leaving companies even after good performances due to lack of appraisals. Bad game of salary hikes, They can't even be called as hikes.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. On the job training is given to new joinees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I enjoyed working E2E Research because of supportive team and the opportunity to work on interstellar projects. It was a great place to my skills and learn new things.

Join any department except Client services. The work culture of this department is very poor and the manager always stay with know it all attitude and is very rude. He has no friends in the office, neither any employee respects him. You will never get appreciated even if you work as hard as possible and raise the bar with your performance. The manager of client services team always treat you according to his perception that he created in his mind only. No what matter what you do if he thinks you are wrong and you are wrong. Overall it is very toxic to work here.
