...ineers. The career growth is depending on the performance of individual himself. Salary is decided by the authorities convincingly. The nature of job is Rail and it has multiple wheels And it has roll & Run. So, one has to travel a lot. No space for Politics. Work environment is appreciable. the scope for innovation is little as it has to abide by the contracts terms of Indian rail and etc. However new ideas are expected. Work Vs Life is satisfactory when compared to on site personnel.

Travelling. The growth is slow as it is a blooming bud company.

You will get good position for working minimum 2years without having too much knowledge.

Uneven Salary structure.A newcamer will get same salary as a 2years experienced.poor salary structure.Lots of fake promise, Management will busy to fill up their pockets.A saturated life you will get.

1. Freedom to work and come up with new ideas. 2. Higher management is very open to suggestions, questions, and they are always approachable. 3. Work culture is great. 4. 5 day work week. 5. Lot to learn.

Only i like, it's a metro rail project, and if you stay and learn more than 3years then it will be your good carrier option. But 3year in this company. Ur blood will go down.

Everything. I don't like it anymore. Hr dept.are good neither everything are worst. They think you are a labour and they treat you as a slave. And giving you least salary in market, I m damm sure about it. They will tell that they give us transport expenses. But if you spend 5month then you will get 2month expenses. If you are from signalling dept. Then you might get good project manager. But in other dept. So sad for u....
