Lots of internal politics, favouritism environment by manager's. Manager any time call you for work after your shifts timings, required allocation is not based your skills and capabilities they allocated first to their favourite employee than other.

... complete the targets. - No Job Security, will fire instantly within 2 months - No fix day for salary - Bad Managers , Unreal Expectation - No proper work procedure - You will be asked to come early and leave late in the evening. - Fake promises/info shared during onboarding by the HR just to make you join. - No Proper Agreement will be given even after many months of working

--There is no job security. --They are just a agency who will trap you for there own profits with client. --Hire you on contract basis and you will be fired anytime without any notice period or only 10 days will be given. Avoid joining through this company or any other with contact role, if joining take the things on paper for the contract period duration. Otherwise will leave you anytime when project ends. Totally unprofessional similar to career scam company. Beware before joining.

If you going to join please make sure not gonna join Rashmita’s team she do not accept new joiner in her team she happy with her old team if you ready to face micromanaging,misbehaving aggressive unofficial rude behaviour then only join her team otherwise I strongly suggest you do not join her team at the time of your joining
