Training was good. No guaranty of job security. Very low salary and low appraisal.Very very bad HR policy .. No value for employees. No cafeteria.

...experience with this cmp but suddenly its become terrible since last 2-3 months. it was totally unaccepted that this kind of TPA Cmp has delay more than a month to give a 70% salary amount. so kindly improve this because we face lots of issue.

Company never gives salary on time. Also has not given salary to their employees from past 10 months. They only play 60% or 70% but never gives 100% of salary. You have to beg the HR and company heads for getting your salary what you deserve after working for entire month. Company is about to shut down and still asking their people to retain with a statement - "aaj tum hamara saath do, hum aage tumhare baare mein sochenge. pr abhi salary ka pta nhi kab aayegi" I will never recommend anyone to this company. It's better to sit home idle rather than work in such a company

...t working hours are 9 which they can extend to 11 hours depending upon pressure. Salary not on time. Your can't think of your personal life a bit there. I prefer you not to join there.

No job security, career growth is zero, very low salary compare to workload. Long working hours and no over time is paid. Always high expectations compare to salary or appraisal given. Work life is not balanced
