I was working in a role that I liked which was satisfying. And I had great colleagues.

Dislikes

Poor salary and abysmal benefits. Internal politics, moral policing, The management was horrible and micro-managed a lot. They literally had a finger print system which you needed to log out off even if taking a 5 min break.

...bonus while monthly appreciation of employees and even in festivals like Diwali. Low salary and high working pressure. High Performance pressure. No yearly appraisal. My humble request you to please stay away from this company.

A great place to work, e intelligence has people from all over the world so everyone fits, the team are very close and everyone are friends, my manager is very compassionate and incredible at what he does.
