Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Toxic Work Environment There is nothing to like in this company. The employees are highly pressured and no benefits are paid the work hr are always extended. they treat Humans as dogs they don't have humanity if they want to remove you from the work they will play dirty politics and put the blame on you. they are not even ashamed of destroying anybody's career.

As a fresher I got an opportunity to work with turel company to find out my strength and weaknesses. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that is highly motivated. As a result, I get to travel in various areas, in Short I got an opportunity to wide my areas. Another point is the relationship with my colleagues and bosses which is truly depends on the honesty.
