As a fresher I got an opportunity to work with turel company to find out my strength and weaknesses. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that is highly motivated. As a result, I get to travel in various areas, in Short I got an opportunity to wide my areas. Another point is the relationship with my colleagues and bosses which is truly depends on the honesty.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow.

Work Details

Honestly speaking, my work is slightly challenging. I need to manage day to day planning, customer approach, service related issues, I need to be technically strong about my product, make a proper presentation and give it customer, educate the customer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
