Dislikes

Management tends to miss two sides of a story, especially in Business Development. The words of older employees are given more value than that of newer employees, even if they are not entirely true. Expectations out of a role are often unclear and employees are expected to figure out the puzzle. Groupism is quite evident and more often than not, employees are left out. They absolutely do not like change, prefer things to be the way they were. They really need to evaluate the intentions of older employees who only want to suppress new talent due to personal inferiority complex. Politics and toxicity prevail despite the potential for skill development. Their habit of retaining employees for years together maybe pulling the organization down.

no work culture, no ethics,Favoritism to the peek, you will loose all your value when you are in notice period, Strict policies only to the people they want to target and for their favorites,they can go any extend beyond rules to favor them..

Please note : This review is only for operations team. There is too much politics , never get a chance to explore. And forget about rise ! They never treat like you ever existed, as far as they are concerned operations team persons are not intellectual. And you often see them taunt and squeeze as much. Never a place for freshers. But I will say if you join design services, the nature of treatment is inverse as said above.
