... or any type of facilities giving you through company so please don't come here. Already company promised me alot like salary package or after 6 month package but all was fake. even we worked in Diwali 4 hour over time but company did not give us any type of bonus, no overtime salary. we all are sad that time. so now we do not work as a overtime here for company now. And Now I'm leaving this company and I'm looking for an opportunity to improve my abilities.

If someone wants to start there’s career E-ashwa is fine it all depends on candidates how much he/she can explore by its own.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Eashwa does not have any vision they just wants to make money. Lack of support, Selfish management, Unsystematic, fraud, & employees are not treated well.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
