At middle east i worked on this brand on after marketing ,loved its engineering, since most time dealt with the brand always loyal ,feed me well, took me to higher knowledge level.

Dislikes

The company need to find the caliber of its member and support his passion seamlessly, but i was lagging a lot, felt down, no improvement.

There no work life balance in Dynapac Lack of trainings and skill development programs. No policy for upgrade ourselves. You have to work on Weekends as well as on your personal leave.
