Well if you are looking for a Company where you would like to just sit and work this is the best place, if you are good at office politics this is the best to be, crucial level of favoritism, people at senior level are sitting in the same positions for years with lack of knowledge and expertise, high level of office politics and toxic work environment, this is business run by family members and which all lack key skills to act as team leaders and managers. Poor work culture.

Dislikes

All what I mentioned above, worst work culture not recommended at all. Go to a staftup and that will give you better groomin and skills.

I am highly satisfied by Dynamics Square - management, colleagues, HR, accounts, Sales, all are very supportive.

Dislikes

Nothing do dislike as such. I would say some areas of improvement: 1. HR policies - there must be solid HR policies for employees. 2. Workstation - there must be designated place for all working employees.

Feels like Home. Literally feels like home. We all eat together, study together, learn together and grow together. Best thing till now was - DS celebrate International Men's Day and OMG that was epic for any organization because everywhere females are given more importance but this organization is absolutely gender neutral. #iloveDS

Not even a single thing i can recall to write here at this moment but yes every organization has some flaws so couple of areas are there for improvement which we are discussing and hopefully we will improve more.

Leadership practices and company culture inspires me a lot to be a better version of mine. Team is so supportive and everyone is focused towards employee wellbeing. Due to the work life balance over here I am getting ample opportunities for my professional growth and time for my personal growth. Recognition and appreciation towards every single efforts are recognized over here. Would like to recommend everyone to work in this organization.
