During my entire tenure the salary was never on time. The salary is always delayed by a week or even more sometimes. If you can beg for your salary every month you can work here! 😊👍🏻

Work-life balance is a joke here, no professional ethics at all, salaries are never on time and management never takes the responsibility for delayed salaries, rather they blame the employees for their delayed salaries. Company policy makes sure to create a toxic culture. Management is terrible and induces office politics so that their policies are not questioned. They manipulate their rankings and ratings. Payments are deducted for paid leaves too, stating that the total amount of the paid leaves will be credited at the end of the year, but they never disclose that the repayment could takes months or even years. Management tends to create toxic work environment for the employees they want to quit. They hire average skilled employees at low salaries and pressure them and expect to get exquisite outputs

My experience at Dynamic Vishva was marred by a lack of work culture, consistently delayed salaries, no clear path for promotion or appraisal, and a toxic environment filled with office politics. this, made it an overall disheartening and unproductive workplace.
