Mr. Ravi Mirchandani Sir very supportive in the covid-19 situation. Every employees salary get to direct in account. Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give initial salary hike and bonus every year.

...ompnay.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

... will only get to listen big things from the management. There is no appraisal .And salary disbursment is also delayed every month. Don't Prefer Dyanamic until you have no options left.

No job security, poor work culture, worst top management, company policies depends on owner moods. When any engineer left complete all dues not clear by company, no gratuity given by dayanamic
