The leadership team at Dynalog is supportive, Offering Mentorship and Guidance while encouraging professional growth,etc. Employee to be focused personal growth as well company growth.

Whil my overal experience has been positive, there are few areas where I feel there could be required improvement, Employee Training, Employees Growth time line, Fair payment in between new & old employee, during the critical situation some flexibility work, Kind of festivals celebration, to address that the employee farewell has not organised. Standardized management team to maintain inventory as well customer feedbacks.

Working at this company has been one of the worst decisions of my career. I experienced a lack of professionalism and an unhealthy work environment here. During my time in the Bangalore office, the manager was so full of himself and dismissive that he even expected all the employees to work on leave when they had any serious issues happening at home with their personal lives. The culture here is deeply toxic, it is common for senior employees from Pune and Bangalore office to address freshers or junior employees with derogatory names and insults. Overall the office environments of Dynalog are hostile and I would definitely not recommend anyone to work here if they are seeking a respectful and supportive workplace.
