Nothing, It is not a company, it's a pretty contractor and site level things are managed by owner on minutes basis

Dislikes

Feeling like working under a local thekedar, who will do anything with you as per his own desire not as per the employment rules of labour law, he don't follow any hr policies, harrassing employees every day.

Likes

Work culture helped me to know such company's do exist. Where owner & its sycophant employees are only benefitted. Hard work does not only help you, you need to develope how to butter your boss & be in his good books.

Dislikes

Totally uethical, unprofessional work culture. If you are not sycophant then its not the right place for you. Owner, Management and HR are always looking new ways to deduct your hard earned money. Double deduction of wage for single absentism. For full and final settlement they will make you cry after submitting resignation letter. They have their own formulated HR policies not complying indian labour law ( Double deduction of wage for single absentism, Not clearing full and final dues ). Skilled and genuine workforce should avoid choosing their career and future in this organization. My advise is that don't fall prey by its name. Company's name sound very advanced and international but its totally upgraded version of local contractor.
