Company is ok. Management focus is now shifted to Learning & Development. No promotions - Lateral moves in IJPs are preferred for project cost savings (Its again good for Managers to gain P/L savings).

Dislikes

1) Less pay hikes ever in 15 years of experience (Something is better than nothing), offset with average discretionary bonus. Managers say les budget..company is changing (same story since 5 yrs) 2) Do not opt for lateral moves with no pay hike in IJPs. Its not good for employee career and benefits 3) DXC is still changing - not sure how long will it take to see a regular pay hikes/corrections along with discretionary bonus 4) 3 Months notice period (Soon) - every recruiter and company wants employee to join asap, but dosen't want own employees to find jobs and flourish outside. 5) basic shift allowances + broadband claims offered are also accounted and deducted in year end appraisals (Worse thing noticed).

Lacking transparency during IJP moment. No regular pay hikes. Low hikes, Squeezed within same pay band / designation for several years despite of achieving **** feedback from stakeholders. At last lost hope of career.

For new joiners they offer good and post joining donot expect pay hike. No proper market benchmark pay corrections. No regular pay hikes, discretionary bonus is like peanuts..cannot even imagine or benchmark with previous companies worked with. Have job in hand today but uncertainty at this covid 19 exists. From past 3 years no payhikes. No career growth no new learnings.

No benefits, No learnings, Career Progression interns of promotions, pay corrections are like miracle.

No increment, no bonus, no welcome kit, no Promotion, no appraisal & motivation for hard work., No work life balance they think associat is labour, no good money for overtime and extra time.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

No as such till now
