it's a good company to work and to learn more about work, once come to hike bit worst in a part, no work pressure if you are fresher you can work up to 2yrs if you have experience and your package is high you can still join, if you want to grow up about your career and salary part you can't.

Nothing is good in DXC

Dislikes

As I already mentioned nothing is good in DXC, I have scored rank 1 and my package is also very low in comparison of other senior associate still there is no salary hike from past 2.5 years Managers and senior managers giving hike nominations are to there known persons and promotions are only given to those persons who will give drink treat to managers.

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation
