only one thing is Work From Home if you are good at internal politics then no skills needed for you to survive in the DXC Technology. very good company if you are willing to chill and don't want to work

so many dislikes are there. some of them are 1) worst pay 2) Worst promotion cycle 3) worst management 4) Too many internal politics, even higher managements knows that and no action taken and also supporting those politics 5) No Job security at all, especially if you are skilled.

It is good company to work for freshers who want to learn, and work culture is too good, very happy to work in this kind of culture

The only bad thing is salary, you should not expect every year you will get hike

Pathetic company.. layoffs.. when they get new fresher resources at cheap salary packages.. they start torchering old employees and unnecessary issues they create so that employee leaves or layoff.. Opt for the company get package revised and leave it in next 6 months one year.. this the company deserves from the employees

Work culture is good and to learn tech stuff you will be having a greater chance of it

No hikes and promotions. Not in a salary point of view but recognising individual work and their hard work is poor

I enjoyed working in dxc, learn a lot and worked with a great team. The only think a did not like, was the salary

The salary. If you start as junior and after 5 years you have more experience the salary is the same
