It was a very good experience working in DXC.Culture, policies and job security excellent. No work life balance sometimes as the project was client critical (s/w development). Got multiple on-site opportunities.

... No job security. No salary hikes. No promotions. Company welcome only freshers. Laterals will remain at same pay and role for years.

...After mergeup from Hpe now situation is more difficult not getting yearly hike .Company is focussing on developer from small organization who can join in lesser package . Management who is sitting from more than 15 year they dont want to work on latest technology and dont want upgrade their self . Although csc was awesome company but not now days :(

...supportive. Only problem is the higher management who does not give proper hike. Compensation is always very lower than other companies. Also, deserving employees have to fight for their promotion always otherwise they won't get promotion easily. Growth is only good in terms of learning and work environment is also very good but not in promotion and compensation.

Dislikes

Deserving employees does not get promotion without fighting and very less financial growth. Hike percentage is very less for high performing members as well.

Job Secured but no growth after working here 5 years you will exit in Entry package.

Dislikes

No Hike no increment only negative feedback, even if you performed good but you will get poor rating and no money. Your confidence will loose, because of this environment.
