Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6- 1 years but garentee for permenent position is not given but can extend contract as per project.

Dislikes

...ly learning where there is no opportunity given to grow within the organization. Salary hike, promotions are always on freeze. Travel is limited to specific people who are close to managers. Most managers are stuck in same role for years, not moving up or out which stalls the growth of senoirs either vertically or laterally. You will be utilized 200% if they know you are dedicated and loyal, but with no appraisal/recognition.

There is pros, only good thing is that they pay salary on time....

Dislikes

The sad part is DXC is trying to take out the severance package from the long term employees, by recalling the fired employees...this is to avoid paying the severance package....re inducted employees will be given a low performance rating and then again fired.....this time the employees do not get any compensation....due to the fact that management will be hinting at their performance....really frustrating and pathetic inhuman method...
