Dxc brand apart from that nothing is likable in Indian dxc . Salary is too little in our account we are being treated as robots . There is daily 2 hours extra that we have to give without xtra time pay in useless meetings .No increment or promotion no systematic way to work in our project atleast . Every day we have to attend early then login in time and log off after hour then our log off time . It's like being in school . Sometimes it's so stressful

Worklife balance is okay. You can get oppertunity for skill development.

Don't expect salary hike every year. You will get once in 2-3 year. Promotion also less. And big thing is there is no job security. Internally layoff is happening anytime. You will be fire without any notice.
