...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company policies are very good and employee friendly. I am not sure about job security but i can assure you that if you are good at work then no one here to touch you. Work culture as of my project is very good but i heard it varies from project to project.
