New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Management is worst here you will not get to learn anything rather den defaming people not good behaviour, No salary in time every month late and sometimes 2, 3 months they dont give salary.

Here they will appoint you for a single position and after joining they will give you to work for multiple task which is also not from your profile.

...firm. 2. They sometimes indirectly asks you to deceive the clients as well. 3. They won't pay you salary just forget about it, they will beat around the bushes if you ask for it. You might get something if you bring business to them. 4. There is no proper training, management doesn't know how to run a business. 5. If you want to waste your energy for nothing you are welcome to join them. 6. They would be bitching about you in your absence, irrespective of your position at the organization. DON'T JOIN THM
