...nefits. Finance, IT, Admin and other departments are called "support functions". Support functions are always reminded by the Operations team that they get salary because operations team is working. In other words, operations team openly tells other departments "eating out of someone else's hardwork". The worst part is that the heads of Admin, IT and other departments preach their employees to bend in front of the "revenue generators". Secondly, this company looks down upon women employees. Only because their parent company insists on gender diversity, they employ women.

Work culture is average, favouritism, no trust on employees, no support only expectations, low salary, high tax deductions, no tax saving plans.

Too much process as well politics and once you will serve notice period they will hold your salary and will not release as well will not give you experience letter
