Since this company in the Philippines is own by the Robinsons Land Corporation the benefits it kinda generous.

Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu management is poor in handling the latest issue of "Service Charge" most direct employees are affected and somehow most of the pioneers left because of poor mishandling about this issue. They told us to remove the casual employee just to use most of the student intern in our daily operation.

In my 22 years of stay and wasting my number of years now i realize . Thats why i resign to this hotel and apply to abroad becouse im not happy to the management .
