...y treat you like you are a slave there is no work... So don't waste your time... They are not giving an offer letter and relieving letter not even salary all so ....Like a bissboss house.... In front of you, they are smiling and supporting you. In back they gossip with TL....Fraud company...

In this company used to advance technology very useful and easy to learn and my colleagues come from various rural place and this company mold of the employee attitude and employee behavior towards the goal

Then recruitment team so over travel . Then compensation slowly growth unofficial work will be given, department wise interaction less, workload high but compensate low.. Team lead did not analyse accurate individual performence. Work culture did not use in personal mobile and then new employee join the company official and unofficial wise watch our behaviour....

The 5 star ratings are totally fake review guys. Don't believe that review. The HR team added these review by their own. The team goes to any extreme. You will need to work like slave here. The only thing I'm laughing is why these girls work here thinking they are genius. Some stupid people working here and proof themself as loyalty to MD by watching you 24 hrs and give your personal information and gossip with management. The funny part is management like gossips and appreciate them. Don't spoil your life guys. You may feel good at start. But be aware. They are all fake. If somone working there more than 1 or 2 years sure they must be good player.

I am worked this company on before 1 year and my personal situation i discontinued my job in this company. I have worked almost 4 companies but Duruva Finance is my most favourite company because i am staying in company hostel that was very safety and tastiest Food and also food quality excellent. So If you have a fresher must choose this company because you will learn more and career growth also good. Here no politics and no Seniority, Management only focus on Performance.

I am Jeyasri and i completed my M.com.My Native Karur so I attend the interview in past 2months but i rejected in Final Round. But their HR Approches too good so i can again applied to this company and one more things this is best and professional company in Karur. So that i applied again and again in this company. Once i got the chance to work here really very gratefull to my life.
