Excellent work with maintenance team, team members are very honest and I have better experience with team members . In company make new ideas and kaizen.

Sallery not good . Lovest sallery pay by company. Provide poor facility.

Working environment is good, cooperative people, multiple types of machines for operation its good for skills and experience.

I worked there for 2 years in tool room department but they never given any post, i am graduate but worked as a operator there now I left the organization.

Nothing as it has no management that think to keep employee happy. Only good thing is teammates are well supportive as all are facing same culture and going through worst atmosphere of organization.

Everything as it doesn't have an approach towards employee satisfaction.

Good policies, encouragement , transparency in appraisal, and target achievement, good training policies, good relationships with other departments. Good transport facility...

Dislikes

Roles and responsibilities are not uniform, and clarity....un fair encouragement due to no clarity on responsibility, no job rotation.

I m working since last year as a qa qc engineer in 3rd party NDT contract ,god behaviour of management.no stress stress free environment

Very hot atmosphere,oily atmosphere ,less ventilation,chill water is not available,but very rare,impure water.
