Many thing,the management is below standard,no work atmosphere, no job security, the salary is not paid in time

Nothing, company policies maintain by management, HR is very diplomatic and harmful. Financially very poor.

...system. They doing work just like govt office. Always gossiped out of official. Designation wise salary distributed to employees. There is no fixed salary date. At least 2months late running to get the salary. Expense is very poor . Requesting don't go . Gradually they will show you are servant.

It was very good to work at Duroply Industries Limited but the management is very bad to which no Development in Marketing activities no budget. Its like nail polish looks good but no satisfaction no job guarantee at all...

First we don't get salary on time. No strict rules and regulations, no support from HO. As we are working like labours.

Duro ply being fast growing company, provides ample opportunity to employee to learn and grow. Good working environment and cordial relationship among various hierarchies in staff helps in attaining good work life balance
