Contractual jobs, absurd organisational policies and lacks core corporate values. Salary delays and run by unprofessional relatives and friends of the family. No reward and recognitions and open blackmailing through political influences.

Dislikes

Company Chairman Mr.Anupam Mukherjee & Mrs.Suli Mukherjee both are gem of a person. I personally never felt that I am working in a company it was more like a family. They take care off the minor details of employees wants & needs. Good company to work with.

As it is a mnc company which manufactures a lot of heavy steel plant equipment s ofglobal clients. This company have high quality and accuracy equipments which have despatched to global companies of Germany, Japan,USA and many more.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high that some times I have to work 16-18 hours for fulfill my commitment. To achieve my Target I have to work more times than it possible. Very small amount increment as per my work load.perfect decisions are not found from our seniors.
