Job security was poor, terrible and worst level of politics on, horrible working atmosphere.. Food quality supplied from canteen is very very poor. Teaching and quality of teachers was poor . salary security horrible. Huge work pressure even sometime I have to work for 15-16 hours. Manager / principal Mr.chatterjee horribly insult the teachers with no respect , he himself donot know anything related to accademics nor proper formal for administration . A cbse school having no records of his students of the gear 2016-17 hope so 2018 also .. The principal who claims to learned person of biology chemistry and English but if asked to take classes of any of these subject will not be able to teach B for biology neither C for chemistry nor E for English...... ?... Toatally as if group of fake kind of people running and befooling peoples playing with name of instute and career of the inocent student not raining for fresher's on job, with simple reason they deducts salaries sometime not even given salaries as well as the deposit money of my colleagues, majority of the teachers used to run away because of extreme humiliation. Majority of the senior classes of 9 to 12 is going on without expert teacher. Most horrible thing is in the year of 2017 when CBSE board exam was there in Bethany school ... We have come to know by the students that physics teacher was made to help in a separate room during board examination at the examination centre to few girls coming from a very rich family belongings to durgapur public school .Overall very very bad experience.
