There is a lot of politics with our supervisor, management does not address our issues.but our career growth is slow because of our superior's politics.bond before cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

There is less work load compare to corporate hospital it becomes easy to work family environment.

Poor nursing care and poor maintenance of washrooms and wards and aayas wardboys demand for money if Tey shift patient or come for room cleaning

They are more service based more friendly to people they are giving helping hand to cancer patients,24 hours available to patients

I have experience in 1000 bed hospital Nims and well Auto analysers with every shift i used to handle minimum 50-60 samples but only one department, but DDH they put 1 w eek night shifts 2 Technician handle blood collection , tests and reporting and report typing a-z

No opportunities for any growth. Due to mis management ans ego conflicts between the management Committees, no one to think os progressing growth and salaries to the staff is a question. The suppliers need to be paid in time.

Overall management deficiency and top management is clueless

In durgabai dashmuk hospital , they have trained very well about pharmacy drugs , job security is very poor , talking about salary is average, work environment is over load , totally i have worked 4years in this hospital
