Compensation is good, also growth going up day to day. The work pressure is high, some times I have work 13-15hours straight in last two three days.aprisal is also a slow.

The company dosen't invest in marketing and other market engagement programs. Resulting in disengagement of the brand from the league of similar brands. Overall the management isn't very supportive towards the sales roles.
