The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours in a day as .There is no on-job Training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them Step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

I like my position of quantity engineer in my company and I also like the manufacturing process in my industry

Dislikes

The management system of my company is not good their is no value of my position as a quality Engineer in front company workers like labour or helper etc. So that is the reason I want switch this job for this company.
