Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours in a day as .There is no on-job Training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them Step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

I like my position of quantity engineer in my company and I also like the manufacturing process in my industry

Dislikes

The management system of my company is not good their is no value of my position as a quality Engineer in front company workers like labour or helper etc. So that is the reason I want switch this job for this company.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
